Last year we saw a high demand for hurricane tarps. Tarps Plus brought in several shipping container of blue poly hurricane tarps to handle the demand. This year (2022) brings a forecast that predicts more hurricane activity than last year, so we have decided to double the supply on hand.
Tarps Plus holds the industry's reputation as the go-to source for hurricane tarps. Warehoused on its 10-acre facility, Tarps Plus always has high amounts of hurricane tarps on hand, ready to be shipped at a moment's notice.
Tarps Plus founder and CEO Michael Stein says, "We take pride in being the lead source for hurricane tarps and put forth much effort to hole that reputation."
Tarps Plus always holds several containers of blue poly hurricane tarps at the beginning of every tarp season. Hurricane season starts on June 1st to November 30th.
NOAA's (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) forecast calls for 14 to 21 named storms with winds of 39 mph or higher, with six to 10 of those possibly becoming hurricanes with winds of 74 mph or higher, and three to six possibly becoming major hurricanes with winds of 111 mph or higher.
